Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store:

Multiple devices: Use "Restore Purchase" on the paywall to move your purchase to another device. Note: Purchases can only be active on one device at a time.

How many photos do I need to upload?

You need at least 5 photos, but the more you upload, the more accurate your avatars will be. For best results, use photos where your face is fully visible—avoid sunglasses and hats.

What do I get with GlowUp Pro?

GlowUp Pro subscribers get unlimited avatar generations and the ability to save high-resolution images directly to their photo library. Free users can still generate avatars and share them on social media.

Can I download my avatars?

High-quality downloads to your photo library are available for GlowUp Pro subscribers. Free users can share their avatars directly to social media platforms.

Which devices are supported?

GlowUp is currently available on iOS for iPhone. iPad support is a scaled version of the iPhone app. We may expand to Android and dedicated iPad support if there's sufficient interest.

How do I cancel my GlowUp Pro subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Why do some avatars look better than others?

Avatar quality depends on the photos you upload. For the best results, upload clear photos where your face is fully visible, well-lit, and from different angles. Avoid photos with sunglasses, hats, or heavy shadows.
